We have a Club library which keeps CDs of contest speeches, reference books and manuals which are for loaning. Contact our SAA, Eng Hwa for more information! 
 
A mentor is assigned to you once you sign up as a member. He/She will look you through your speeches and guide you in your Toastmasters journey.

who?
 
Cheng San Toastmasters Club is one of Singapore's most established clubs - 18 years of history - making a postive contribution in promoting effective communication and leadership skills.

and our educational programs have helped us achieved
the President's Distinguished Club for 6 years running.
 
 
what?Today, Cheng San Toastmasters Club is a non-profit organization which gives its members the opportunity to develop and improve their public speaking abilities through local club meetings, training seminars and speech contests. Cheng San Toastmasters Club (District 80, Division S) includes more than 35 members coming together from 5 countries. 

why?Experienced professionals and beginning speakers alike can benefit from our practical, face-to-face learning program. Whether you're speaking to a board of directors, customers,  co-workers or teenagers, Toastmasters can help you do it better. You'll learn and practise in a friendly and comfortable environment with people who are there for the same reason you are—to become better communicators.

how?At Toastmasters, members learn by speaking to different groups of people and working with one another in a supportive environment. Cheng San Toastmasters club is made up of members from all walks of life - expatriate professionals, consultants, teachers, students, retirees, businessmen, etc. Each meeting gives everyone an opportunity to practise conducting meetings, giving impromptu speeches, presenting prepared speeches, and offering constructive evaluations.
